Reopening School

COVID-Safe Management Measures Taken at SSK

COVID-Safe Access

It is about restricting entry of individuals who may pose a risk of transmission to safeguard the wellbeing of children and staff in school.

(e.g. restriction of visitors, stepped-up health checks).

COVID Safe Behaviors

It is about cultivating the right norms and habits among staff, children and their parents to reduce the risk of transmission.

(e.g. not attending school if unwell, wearing mask, carrying out activities in small groups, good personal hygiene).

COVID-Safe Classrooms/Environment

It is about adopting classroom management strategies to minimize interaction between different classes to reduce the risk of widespread transmission within the school.

(e.g. no cross deployment of staff, keeping staff and children within their own bays, floors or classes as far as possible)
